We understand from time to time that you may want to have the app turned off, below is a simple easy instruction and video to show you how to do this;

• From the Home Screen go to Manage Venue
• Now click on Venue Settings along the top of the page
• Dependent on what kind of Swifty Package you’re on, you will see a list at the top of the page with tickboxes
• Navigate to the tickbox named “Order at Table?“
• When this is ticked, this means your venue can take orders through the app. To turn this off simply untick and at the bottom of the page hit Save Changes
